How to Open IE 11 on Windows 8 and Windows 10 in Desktop Mode

(IE 11 in Metro Mode is not supported for CSOS Certificate Download)

If you are in the Metro User Interface, click the “Desktop Tile”. Your User Interface is now in the Desktop Mode.

You can now launch IE 11 from the taskbar. What you get is the full traditional Internet Explorer in Desktop Mode.
