Introduction
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Diversion Control Division, hosted its 13th Chemical Industry Conference on June 16, 2021. This was DEA's first virtual Chemical Industry Conference. Over 230 chemical industry representatives attended the conference and received information on current diversion trends, quotas, control actions, imports/exports, and registration requirements.
DEA's partners from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Homeland Security Investigations, and International Narcotics Control Board also presented and participated in the question and answer sessions.
